We source energy storage, off-grid power supply and UPS systems for companies and support the deal from finding suppliers through terms and contract to delivery. Do you handle installation?
Installation runs through partner companies, not through us. Whether that is possible for your project is something we clarify as part of the enquiry.
How quickly do I get a quote?
Within 24 hours for standard enquiries, once we have your specification, quantity and target date. For larger projects that need additional coordination with suppliers, we tell you the lead time as soon as we have reviewed your enquiry.
Do you have your own warehouse?
No. We hold no stock and do not manufacture. We source to your specification and organise delivery to you.
Where do the products come from?
From Europe and other regions, depending on product, quantity and date. We state origin and shipping route with every quote, before you decide.
Which companies do you work for?
Business customers, not private individuals. Four cases are typical: trading companies and distributors buying for resale; installation firms and system integrators needing material for their clients' projects; companies running energy projects of their own; and businesses sourcing for their own sites, warehouses or production facilities.
Are you tied to particular brands?
No. We manufacture nothing ourselves and represent no single manufacturer. Which brand and configuration fits follows from your specification, your budget and your date — which brands and models are available for it, we tell you with the quote. Images on this site show example units, not a fixed range.
In which languages do you negotiate?
German and English — in correspondence as well as in conversations and negotiations with suppliers.
Who is my contact in case of warranty?
We are. For documents, repeat orders and warranty claims we continue to handle the coordination with the supplier.
From what quantity is an enquiry worthwhile?
There is no fixed minimum. We work in wholesale and look at every enquiry individually: quantity, specification, price and delivery date are matched to your needs and to what is available. If sourcing does not pay off for you, we say so.
